In this Dabble class, Dabblers will learn health-promoting ways to use delicious foods from nature to reset, rejuvenate and rid the body of stored toxins. Prepare to get a little scientific as you study the health properties of foods and learn about the benefits they offer the body from the inside out. Dabblers will also learn where to shop for superfoods while on a budget, and proper food preparation procedures for the most successful cleanse!
Be prepared to leave with a new outlook on the idea of a cleanse, and with the tools and know-how to detoxify your body with maximum benefit. Ahh, sweet body relief!
