Interval Training with Cole: Member Fitness Class (Chicago)

Ready to shake up your workout?? Want to burn more calories without spending longer hours at the gymn?? Interval Training is the class for you.
You will alternate between cardio and weight-training. This class mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Get ready to push yourself to your limit for short bursts of time.
Cole – will keep you guessing – and challenge you differently every class! Experience how time can fly during a cardio workout when you are having fun!
This is a fast-paced workout tailored to your level.
