Step away from your desk, quiet your mind, and come de-stress in this relaxing reset & rejuvenate session with Megan Chappell. This is the perfect addition to your day, especially if you’re looking to deepen your mind and body connection. Expect to remain seated or lying down for the entire session. Open to all levels, beginner and veteran meditators.
