Mindfulness and Meditation (AM Session)
The first step to fixing a problem is identifying the problem, right? What if something doesn’t feel quite right, but you can’t put your finger on exactly what that is?
This Dabble workshop will start you on your journey to developing a newer, more intuitive relationship with yourself through the teachings of mindfulness and meditation. Learn about the origins of meditation and mindfulness, the pillars of ancient practice that long pre-date this class, and discover how these practices can be incorporated into everyday life to enhance your quality of living.
This is an experiential class, so students will be able to try some modes of meditation through class. Come confused, and leave with a clearer picture of yourself … beyond what the mirror or camera might show.
