We can’t guarantee after this class that you’ll never encounter another stressor in your life.
But we can guarantee that when stress does occur, you’ll have a solid toolkit upon which to draw to help manage, reduce and even– gasp!– embrace the silent killer we call stress.
Learn about stress in this interactive Dabble workshop, how it effects our bodies and some of the most common triggers of stress. Then learn, through experimentation with a number of exercises, a host of stress-busting strategies you can use to nip stress in the bud before it gets out of control.
This class is recommended for business people facing (yep, you guessed it) a lot of stress in the workplace, moms looking for tools to help their children manage stress and anxiety and anyone in general who could stand to “be a little more chill.” So really, this class is for all of us.

What to Bring
Handouts and goodie bags will be provided. Come with an open mind, a few ideas of what’s causing stress in your life, and the capacity to laugh them off and work through them!
