Join Megan Chappell as she leads you through 45 minutes of her signature patented class, tru.flow™ 45:

This all level appropriate session will break down core foundational poses, as well as introduce several pose variations, inversions, etc. You will learn to deepen your connection between breath and movement, to build a solid, stable foundation for poses, and to flow with optimal alignment and grace. This class is great for beginners, as well as experienced yoga practitioners, as students will be offered modifications for poses, both basic and advanced. This class will allow you to focus more on the inner practice by feeling the poses and by connecting deeper with your mind and with your body.

Detoxify your body and your mind by resetting and rejuvenating – ensuring your body & your mind can recover effectively and grow into a longer, leaner, stronger and healthier physique. By flowing smoothly and restoratively from one pose to the next using breath as the connector, muscle restores and then lengthens, creating a toned body and more confident you .

tru.flow™ accentuates mindful presence and a divine connection to self by bringing the mental focus and concentration into the practice closer into you – both on and off the mat.

tru.flow™ will challenge your stamina through long holds while invigorating all areas of your mind+body.
